Sound Electronics uses major Canadian couriers such as Canada Post & UPS. We strive to ship out your products within 48 hours of receiving confirmation. Should there be any issue with your order then we will contact you as soon as possible. Additional courier charges may apply to shipments destined for rural areas, we will contact you before the product is sent out from the store.
RETURNS:
Sound Electronics offers a 7 day grace period for product returns. These are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be shipped at the buyer’s expense. The 7 day grace period is calculated from the date of the delivery itself and not of the order date. All products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
All returns must be initiated via email at info@soundelectronics.ca before sending anything back to the store. If you feel that your product is malfunctioning, then please contact us immediately.
REFUNDS:
Sound Electronics will issue a refund after the product has been fully examined and determined to be undamaged. Should the product be damaged then it will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be issued no more than 30 calendar days after we have received the item(s).
